they get to be proud of it while we have to hide ourselves in shame, worry about the next termination, face endless amounts of harassment, doxxing, mass reporting. we bear the full brunt of the stigma and danger that comes with being our authentic selves. while they get a free pass to acceptance as long as they explain it in all the therapized language they can, and make sure to explicitly shun those Weirdos that have Nothing in common with them!

they steal our terms (little/littlespace), even our fucking community names (putting “re” at the end of cgl, taking the dom part out of ddlg and mdlb), they buy our fetish gear, post about sucking their pacis and pissing their diapers and having a daddy, steal our content to repost and put in “sfw moodboards,” copy our posts and fantasies almost word for word, rip off our aesthetics entirely

and they do all of this while actively encouraging minors to do it publicly and engage in power exchange dynamics, telling them it’s entirely safe, and that the gross ageplayers are actually the predators and unsafe individuals.

when all we wanted was to keep our communities safe and minor free. the “sfw agere” community bullshit was only fucking invented out of a personal vendetta against ageplayers on tumblr in 2015-2016 who said that no, you cant be in our community while you are underage. grow up and come back. and what do they do? they make a fucking community where it’s acceptable for minors to publicly ageplay and post themselves in fucking fetish gear while looking for mommies and daddies!!!! get real you guys

they’ve spent the last ten years calling ageplayers pedophiles, predators, groomers, weirdos, unsafe, degenerate, and the list goes on. i csnt even count all the vile abuses this community has spewed upon us. all because some impressionable fucking teenagers got really into ddlg aesthetics in the mid 2010s and wanted to drink from bottles and shit and got mad when we told them they can’t be doing that shit online when they’re underage. thats literally fucking it. “age regression” as the phenomenon they’ve invented NEVER existed before this. the only people talking about regression before were ageplayers and medical professionals regarding people with dementia and severe cognitive impairment. literally invented overnight so they could justify being minors in kink somehow.

(i am not saying that regression is not a real thing, but it is Not what the “sfw agere” community makes it out to be. im talking about the community/specific echo chamber thst exists here on tumblr and migrated elsewhere. not “regression” as a concept. also ageplayers regress. we’ve been doing it. the two terms have historically been pretty much synonymous with each other since the ageplay community has existed but that’s another discussion)

i cant say it enough: if youre an ageplayer you need to get louder and prouder about it now more than ever. we can still resist this before it’s entirely too late.

and if you’re a “sfw age regressor” you NEED to acknowledge where your community came from, give your respects to the people who came far before you, and advocate for us. find some solidarity with us. we are literally no different. please. dont leave us in the dust. we are so fucking vulnerable now and none of us ever deserved this, only for the crime of playing pretend with consenting adults. start correcting people and calling them out on their bullying behaviors. yall have let it run rampant for far too long. honestly i encourage you to just distance yourself entirely from that community as it’s unsafe and shouldnt exist but i know thats not exactly easy nowadays. there aren’t really any good “in between” spaces that exist. it’s better to align loyally to one community or just keep it private tbh there’s nothing wrong with that. regression/ageplay/whatever is a vulnerable state that you should be skeptical about being so open with online.

but i will say this, there has always been room for nonsexual ageplay in the ageplay community. always. that’s what we’ve always been trying to say. that just because you’re doing it nonsexually doesn’t mean you’re not a kinkster, but it also doesn’t make it minor safe. but not a lot of people listened. they entertained “sfw agere” for way too long that it actually entered popular culture and people fully believe that it’s a Real thing functionally separate from ageplay. no one knows anymore that it was originally created as a subset of nonsexual ageplay open to minors. and it’s so fucking frustrating. i feel like i’m the only one who is aware of it and notices the glaring elephant in the room.

and the worst part? there’s no fucking evidence for this anymore. the porn ban OBLITERATED every post in the ageplay and agere tags pre 2018. if you want to find proof of this you would have to go find blogs that are 10+ years old that havemt deactivated yet and piece together bits and pieces from whatever discourse they reblogged about it. thats the only evidence that exists now about the true origins of the agere community and its all fucking buried. but i know! i was there! i saw it and i fell for it!!! i was one of the minors interested in kink who went to their side, fully believing i was doing the morally correct thing, while parroting abuse and misinformation about kinksters. that should have never been allowed to happen and im fucking pissed about it.

Hey. If people aren't aware, Microsoft admitted they know who you and where you are at all times and will give your info to the police.

They have a Global Device Identifier (GDID) Tracker that functions as a fingerprint for your PC that can surpass VPNs, proxy servers and countries. Although it can't survive a clean reinstall of Windows (it can survive updates), because Microsoft forces you to go to the internet and log in into a Microsoft account, they will be able to get to you.

Microsoft kept it secret and it was only found out when the FBI tracked a hacker thanks to the information Microsoft gave them.

You should be paying attention to this, and possibly consider moving away from Windows. If a government, especially the US government, doesn't like you for some reason, this could be seriously concerning.

For journalism, activism, or domestic abuse situations, skip Windows and use Linux routed through Tor instead of a commercial VPN. A GDID doesn’t care which VPN you use, only that it’s still the same Windows installation.

GDID has neither, and a Windows reinstall only gets you a new number Microsoft can still get back to the same account.

Then there’s activation. Massgrave, the group behind Microsoft Activation Scripts, notes that Windows setup sends hardware info to Microsoft and gets identifiers back, the same tokens later used for Store access and licensing: “It’s impossible to prevent Windows from getting a GDID without breaking activation and UWP app[s].” Anyone who lost a license after swapping a motherboard has already met a smaller version of this.

This was the crossword puzzle in the New York Times yesterday. 

Tausig’s crossword is a so-called Schrödinger puzzle, named for the physicist’s hypothetical cat that is at once both alive and dead. In a Schrödinger puzzle, select squares have more than one correct letter answer: They exist in two states at once. “Black Halloween animal,” for example, could be both BAT or CAT, yielding two different but perfectly correct puzzles. Only 10 such puzzles have now been published in Times history.

It’s the theme of Tausig’s puzzle, though, that makes it special. Four entries in Thursday’s crossword can include either an “F” or an “M.” Both are correct; neither is wrong. For example, “Part of a house” can be either ROOF or ROOM. The long “revealer” answer, tying those select entries together and spanning 11 squares smack-dab in the middle of the puzzle, is GENDER FLUID.

This puzzle, with “M”s and “F”s that aren’t fixed, is a masterful blend of subject and structure. “It potentially really evokes what gender fluidity is, which is not moving back and forth between two poles, but actually not being committed to either pole, and potentially existing in many states at different times,” Tausig said.
