Artemis, Goddess of the Moon, the hunt, animals, wilderness, childbirth, virginity and protector of young girls

This is the first piece I’ve finished in a long time (I think this year???) and I’m a bit proud I must say as I did not chicken out and got to the end even with the details I put in there. So I hope you like it too! 

Her bow is made of moonlight and her eyes glow like the moon does. Some things from her Percy Jackson description have gone into my version of her but some things are original.

Soooo yeah. She has long hair. Obviously. I love drawing hair so this was the obvious choice, in my opinion I messed up a few lines but just ignore those pls and focus on the overall thing.

Inktober Day 4 - Underwater 

This is my PJO OC, Amelia Fairbanks. I’ll write about her in NaNoWriMo, in case anybody at all is interested x’D. She’s a daughter of Poseidon and in this pic chilling down in the lake, listening to music. I especially enjoyed doing her hair here! Might just color this later too, I’m doing better at Inktober than I thought I would! My sketchbook that I started for this already looks better than any I had previously and it’s boosting my confidence :)

Inktober Day 03 - Poison

Morgana Pendragon from BBC Merlin

A little bit more sketchy and loose to accomodate her wavering nature. I love her character so much and Katie is just so beautiful, I had hard time capturing her face. Crooked crown and poison for symbolism you can figure out yourself. Ignore her hands I suck at hands today, it’s a no-hands day. Colored the hair and lips with Photoshop cause I still can’t find my damn Copics. They have to be somewhere goddamnit..Anyway! Enjoy please, hope you like it :3

Artemis and Apollo, Moon and Sun

I loved yesterday’s inktober thing a little too much so I just used the photo to color it digitally. I like how it turned out!

I think this is how they were birthed: Looking like Greek glowing twin gods with hair ornaments and matching clothes. I’d imagine as they aged they would choose their personal preference, for example I always imagine apollo to tan significantly and have blond hair. Making him blond made him TOO gold though so this fit far better XD.

Twin Gods but they eternally chase each other across the sky without ever reaching.  I especially enjoyed this one as I love both these gods dearly and the fact that they both also stand for archery is just the best thing. I might color this digitally once I have more time on my hands but I hope until then you can enjoy this version!!
