I highly believe it’s important to track progress. My current objective is to gain 0,5 kg each week. Hopefully, by 31st of March I will have reached my goal of weighing 55 kg, though the journey is posing to be quite challenging.

not to mention, personality, identity, attitude, looks can be improved, its just desire thats lacking sometimes. so really, most things are very much in our control.
