on this day, july 18th of 2026, i laid my dogass overheating constantly lagging reset addicted iphone xr with a battery health of 76% and a horribly cracked screen protector to rest. she had a clear case that turned smoker yellow from years of sun damage and was impervious to cleaning and i will not mourn the way she played music outside of my earbuds or refused to charge at all. goodnight you dumb motherfucker have fun at the verizon store
fun fact one of my favorite characters of all time were killed off unceremoniously and abruptly after being written in a way that pissed off a lot of people but insinuated she was in the middle of an arc. for the sole reason of making a man sad and said man didn’t even grieve her beyond a few lines about how upset he was. The finale was meant to be an enactment of “vengeance” which could have been interesting narratively if it had went the direction that it had implied but it really was a “teamwork makes the dream work” ass ending to a season where nothing actually happened beyond Killing The Character and “most” affected character was perfectly fine afterwards. No this didn’t affect me < cried every night for at least a week after said character was fridged. #mybackstory
