I finally finished this seven months later. anyways, this is Axel:
he's 22 years old, a UA graduate but he's not a hero, he's aware of the corruption in hero society. he really likes Hawks despite his view on the hero commission, though. he sees through him because he's putting on a similar face.
his quirk allows him to manipulate brain chemistry, he can spike or drop any chemical in the brain to incapacitate enemies although it takes a toll on his own brain (ie; if he spikes melatonin, he'll experience insomnia) the severity depends on how much he spikes or drops brain chemistry.
he can't alter his own brain chemistry but when he experiences extreme emotion, heartbreak for example, his quirk "overflows" and effects anyone within a ten meter radius of him. the closer someone is to him during an overflow, the stronger it effects them.
he's introverted and very awkward but masks it with a stoic facade. he's more emotional than he lets on, never using his quirk unless it's absolutely necessary. he believes he has to stay cool and collected, the idea of being vulnerable makes him recoil. he spends most of his time at home or at a dive bar where he performs small shows for the customers. he keeps his sunglasses on to keep from exposing his vulnerability, never takes them off unless he's alone at home.
