Hey y'all

So with the new tumblr updates I feel like I need to rethink the formula of heritage posts. I do not want to steal notes from anyone and I want OPs to get the recognition they deserve. I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do yet. Might be like a reblog with only tags probably. If anyone has any better ideas let me know. I hope I don't have to hiatus this blog. I really love digging out old KH memes and trailer reactions and all that for people to basically relive the feelings of the fandom at that moment. It's a touch of nostalgia and also some posts are so funny they deserve to be passed around forever and all that. Genuinely I'm really mad at Tumblr itself for making the fun connections we have here even more fractured than they already are. Yet another crack in the last bastion of the old Internet, and I don't have hope for the foundation to hold this time. I hope you all weather through this well.

The funny part is that I'm not even really shitposting. "Are you implying that the Kingdom Hearts franchise and the Underworld franchise are the same genre" buddy, I'm not implying it, I'm saying it!

Not a technothriller? The big stack of nested conspiracies-within-conspiracies, the principal villain who has several layers of false identities that need to be peeled back before their true nature is revealed, the shadowy council of dark-clothed frowning men who secretly rule the world? That's prime technothriller shit. All it needs is a buff chick in mirrorshades fighting a ninja butler on a space station to make it complete.

It's got memory-editing bullshit, it's got artificial humans struggling to assert identities distinct from the flesh-and-blood people they're based on, it's got a spacey-voiced young girl dressed all in white with poorly understood reality-warping powers – hell, the protagonist even spends an entire game trapped in virtual reality. What more do we want?
