Hold My Interest, Chapter 71... Epilogue.

I don't know what to say, but I'll try anyway.

This story grew beyond my original intentions. I just wanted to write some dom/sub shenanigans in my quiet little corner of the fandom… and then I fell in love with them as they fell in love with each other.

And then so many of you joined me for this unexpected journey. I had no plans, I had no outline, I had no idea where it would go.

I am an anxious person, through and through. The more of you there were, the more I worried about how much I would disappoint everyone.

I don't know what any of you wanted from this story or from me. I hope I didn't disappoint. I hope you like it. This story is, in my opinion, what truly started my involvement in the Stobotnik fandom.

It is important to me. And marking it complete is a terrifying milestone.

At the end of the day, it's "just" a story… but it's also how I met all of you. It brought me into your world, and you into mine, even if you haven't read it and never will.

Thank you for whatever role you play in my life, whether that is reader, commenter, friend, lurker.

Birdie recently took in a lovely African Gray bird who needed someone like her for love, attention, and care. And Jivu needs a lot of care right now. Not only does Jivu need necessities to ensure she has a comfortable life (a new cage, a carrier, etc.), but she also is undergoing medical treatment for her injuries. She's on medication and being seen multiple times for her treatment. This is my way of helping Birdie pay for some of these expenses. She is known for her immeasurable kindness, generosity, and willingness to help everyone she comes in contact with. Let's give a little back in supporting her and her new precious one, Jivu. (Mango will appreciate it, too!)

And Jivu needs a lot of care right now.
