It’s been 8 years since Teen Wolf ended (whatever happened later and movies are not relevant in my world) and my social media pages are still filled with fans posting edits, discussing Stydia, talking about the show, rewatching it and all that stuff… and that’s what happens when you become a staple of a generation and it angers me knowing that Outer Banks could’ve been that during these years but instead they threw it all away.

I will never forget when in April 2020 the show first dropped and EVERYONE was talking about it and praising it asking for renewal and I mean EVERYONE, no matter the gender, age, nationality it was a hit and everyone loved it and season 2 confirmed the hype, for a moment it really was Netflix most popular product second only to Stanger Things, you couldn’t escape JJ Maybank and Sarah Cameron on your feed. They managed to have such a jewel in their hands that could’ve easily been the teen drama of this generation and instead they turned it into something that’s now embarrassing to even say you spent time watching it.

I’m repetitive AF I know but this is the biggest, most drastic and most disappointing fumble I’ve ever seen happening in TV shows and it will never stop being upsetting to me.
