130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If youāve already seen this recipe on MPA, itās because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if youād like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or donāt and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170ĖC oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.
This is the money pentacle. Reblog and unexpected money will come to you!
Shiiiiit. I reblogged, and I got $750 in two days for basically nothing! The first day this client/POT asked my agent to invite some girls and I to his end. We basically sipped wine and left with $500 each. He called me yesterday and we took a ride on my highway and gave me $250ššš. Money blogs everyday any day!

2 teaspoons Splenda/stevia (0)
½ teaspoon Cinnamon (0)
1 tablespoon Water (0)
TOTAL CALORIE COUNT= 25
Cooking instructions
Combine flour, baking powder, and half of your stevia/Splenda in a small bowl
Add water to dry ingredients and mix until smooth
Place mixture on a piece of parchment paper on a plate and spread into a circle
Microwave dough for 30 seconds (could also be cooked in a pan on the stove over medium heat or microwaved without parchment paper, these options will just be slightly stickier)
Once dough is done baking, peal off parchment paper and place back on plate
Combine cinnamon and other half of Splenda/stevia in a small bowl or measuring cup
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over dough
Roll dough and slice, creating your ācinnamon rollsā and enjoy!
Extra step: if you would like to add a āfrostingā to your cinnamon rolls, use 0 calorie low fat marshmallow fluff with a bit of water (to thin the mixture into a icing consistency)
Notes about this meal
These will not have the texture of actual cinnamon rolls, they will be slightly chewier
Amazing for when you are craving something sweet!
šø 100 calorie spaghettiĀ šø
Hey guys c:
I thought Iād share my recipe for spaghetti in tomato sauce with you which Iām absolutely in love with. I can finally enjoy some spaghetti without regretti (Iām sorry).
I hope you enjoy it as well!
It makes one serving and itās only 98 calories in total!
Ingredients
200g shirataki noodles (you can get those in Asian supermarkets) ~19 kcal
5g garlic ~7 kcal
70g onion ~20 kcal
200g diced tomatoes ~50 kcal
some seasoning (I added salt, pepper, chili, frozen basil & parsley) ~2 kcal
Instruction
Rinse your shirataki noodles and put them into a non-stick frying pan. Donāt add anything else yet, we want to dry the noodles a bit to get rid of their rubber-ish texture.
In the meantime you can dice the onions and mince the garlic.
When the noodles start to shrink, you can add the garlic and the onions. Stir it from time to time and be careful to not burn them!
I usually take half of the tomatoes and blend them with an immersion blender so the sauce will be a bit creamier. I then mix the diced tomatoes and the blended ones together and add the seasoning.
When the onions start to turn a bit yellow/brown-ish you can add the sauce.
Let it cook for about 4 minutes and youāre done!
I hope you guys enjoy the recipe as well! I also made a 100 calorie stir-fry recipe.
