What’s going on with the clubs in SF to be filing a lawsuit?

They’re taking wayyy more money than the industry standard (which is generally around 20-30%) and treating dancers as employees in other ways like forcing schedules, punishments for not abiding by non-contractual rules, enforcement of outfit, hair, and makeup, taking extra, non-contractual “fees” from dancers when they make lots of money (even if it’s stage money), etc etc. It’s honestly pretty bad.
