Insane 4
It was supposed to be an easy day you see. It was the cardio recovery day. Wow I am having a hard time getting into some of those stretches.
Insanity day 3 and food
Today went well I got to the gym and put on round 3 of Insanity and I made it to 28 out of 40 minutes. It was tough i am so sore today. Food has been pretty good I had a Greek yogurt with granola and a bowl of Special K. Lunch was steak whole potatoes and broccoli. Dinner was not the best whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. Worked in yard a bunch.

Hello,
I am a 40 year old fat guy that has slowly gained about 50 pounds over the last ten years. I am currently 6' tall and 260 pounds. It is with this BLOG that I plan on helping to motivate me to get the weight off and have a long healthy life to see my kids grow up. The workouts that I like to do are Crossfit, crosstraining, rowing, striders, and calisthenics. I do like some olympic style lifts but don't have the equipment at home to do most of them.
