My name is Kima (They/Them). I'm a hobby artist!

I like drawing fantasy, dragons, and anything that catches my fancy. Right now, I'm drawing pokemon, dragons, and my OCs!

my submission for truegreen7's recent fakemon contest!

i was pretty happy with Sentrinel, and what do you know? I placed! super cool, and im looking forward to making more fakemon^^

i clocked Trilobright as a trilobite beetle pretty early on, then i found out that female trilobite beetle larvae retain the larvae morphology even in adulthood, while males metamorphosise into tiny little flying things, hence the female only evolution. I also knew i wanted the moustache thing as soon as i saw the little fluff Trilobright had, haha

if i did a few more drafts, Sentrinel would probably have slowly morphed into a more boat-shaped creature, but i'm pretty happy with what i have now^^

(i wasn't expecting to place at all, let alone at 30(!!!), especially after seeing everyone else's submissions too :) a nice surprise for the weekend)
