You can PM me and Iâll screenshot your feedback for you. Right now it isnât a thing Yasu can do quickly and easily, but I have asked him in the past and I think he said it was do-able? Once he gets finished with some of the larger projects heâs working on Iâll poke him about it, since I would like artists be able to choose to see their own feedback.

same thing with music; it mightâve been their favorite song, but itâs just a song. itâs not special or evil or powerful just because they liked it. it isnât them. nothing is.
try not to give drinks, or songs, or movies, or colors, or places, or anything power over you just because someone ruined them temporarily. someday, you will be able to see those things and hear those things without aching in your heart.

Donât get me wrong, this set looks nice and all, but like⊠This is a set of accessories, not clothes. Which is kind of a huge bummer. Like, that fluff could have easily been a shirt, and the tail attached to some sort of pants.
And before someone says it, no, Iâm not salty because it looks better than mine or whatever, I donât care, I wasnât expecting to do well at all unless I was like, the only entry. Iâd love a werewolf set, I havenât found any wolf stuff Iâm actually happy with, but this is just pretty disappointing for me because thereâs no actual clothes, so itâll be a crapshoot to match with things unless we get really lucky with coloration.
EDIT: I accidentally hid the comment out of reflex but Calix just commented on my profile with âHow about instead of bitching about my art offsite you just donât" and like⊠Iâm not bitching about your art? I even outright said it looks nice, I was just disappointed at the lack of actual clothes. Which I said directly to them. Probably shouldnât have, but⊠I dunno.

Honestly, the disappointing thing is that you constantly complain about how Aywas is dying or the wait times are too long or nobody enters contests and then you make a post like this. These kind of posts where people are giving their completely unsolicited opinion about someone else's art, an opinion that is phrased rude as hell - it doesn't matter if you say that you like the art itself - you're still being pretty dang rude by even phrasing it how you did in the first place, is one of the reasons why we don't have more participation in events, contests, breeding teams, etc. It may be surprising, but people generally don't want to put their art out there and then just get rude and unsolicited opinions and critique (unsolicited being the key word there) on it from some random person who has nothing to do with it. So thanks, that's a real helpful post you got here Leo. Glad to see support for our artists so they don't have to be worried about shitty comments on their art all the time.

Shouldnât the fee be taken right out of the payment? I donât know coding either to know if itâs possible, but wouldnât that solve the issues if each time a commission was sent through that the fee portion went directly to Aywas and the rest to the artist?  Then people wouldnât get banned for it and the site would get their money upfront instead of waiting for it to go through then sending an invoice out.Â
I donât think we can do that with how paypal is set up, which is why itâs up to the user to pay their fees once it totals over 5$ and is at least a month old.
Everyone who was recently banned for not paying their commission panel fees had the opportunity to see the newspost that was made, receive a PM a week later, and then had 4 days from that PM to respond to the PM I sent them.
Literally if you stay in contact with someone (âHey, I wonât be able to pay my fees until X date.â or âHey I donât have the money to pay my fees is there anything I can do on site to pay them off or do you mind waiting X amount of time?â) on staff, you wonât get banned for not paying your fees.
Also not paying fees is literally the easiest ban to contest, just....email the support email and pay your fees or work something out to pay your fees (breedings, etc.) and youâre unbanned???
I made tutorials on how to do a mandala-esque marking (except....obviously do it neater than that cuz Iâm a lazy butthole) and a stylized rose o3o Two pretty easy markings that can make something look super intricate/detailed, but theyâre very easy to make once you get the hang of it and practice some!
I also opened my PPP Predict thread again here, one GP slot for up to 6 predictions and then unlimited USD slots because Iâm going on vacation soon and USD would be cool xD

When you do something on site it sends a query to the server being all like âhey this user wants to do this thing!â Â The server then lets you do the thing by doing the appropriate action and bringing you to the correct page, etcetcetc.
If someone is on Aywas and is botting, clicking faster than humanly possible (auto-clickers, for example), or doing something for an inhuman amount of time (like playing Bones for 15+ hours in one go, with absolutely no breaks, for example), they are sending more queries than any other user could possibly be sending. Â This means that the server has a lot of queries to deal with, which can potentially slow the entire site down for everyone else.
Notice how all of the examples I gave are things that are not being done by a human being.
The problem isnât when people are doing things âfastâ on Aywas, using Stylish, etc. the problem is when there isnât a human being behind those actions. Â Trust me, we have months of information before we decide to go about banning anyone for botting/exorbitant use of site resources (which yes, go hand in hand), and we are more than happy to un-ban them if someone wishes to contest it and can explain and replicate how they were doing what we saw on our side as a human being and not a program/machine.

Honestly, icthyosaur fins are incredibly unsettling. What do I mean by that? Well, letâs look at the fin of a dolphin and compare.Â

The entire fin, itâs just full of bones. A solid bone paddle. What is going on here?
Well, some Icthyosaurs actually exhibit a phenomenon known as polydactyly. What this means is that they had extra fingers. While not entirely uncommon for a single individual of a species to have extra digits, itâs extremely uncommon among tetrapods to gain extras across an entire species. We see it among some early tetrapods, but we also see it here, with Icthyosaurs. In some species, the number of fingers on one limb reaches ten.Â
Icthyosaurs also exhibit something known as hyperphalangy. While less unique (itâs also present in whales, mosasaurs and plesiosaurs according to Wikipedia), hyperphalangy means that the limbs have extra phalanx bones. What this means in Icthyosaurs is an almost corncob-like grid of bones.Â
In fact, when I was researching this, google thought that a picture of icthyosaur fins was in fact of corn domestication.
In conclusion, Icthyosaurs have clearly commited some sin in finger theivery, and their extinction was deserved.Â

I know a guy who ended up becoming a professional chef because of the tim burton charlie and the chocolate factory movie and i guarantee none of you will be able to guess how
ok so this movie came out like, 2005ish? And this kid was in his early teens, so 12-14 years old i guess. And heâs watching this movie and thereâs the scene where the chewing gum kid, Violet something, is chewing the gum that tastes like a three course meal and the first two tastes are tomato soup and roast beef and thatâs all well and good but then it gets to blueberry pie and OOP sheâs all swollen up like a ten-foot tall human blueberry. And this kid, being the age he was, had just kinda started puberty and mightâve had a little crush on Violet to start with, so all the feelings and hormones got a lil mixed up while watching that scene and he ended up with a great big inflation kink. So this is a thing for a few more years, heâs cranking his hog to deviantart pictures of big ol balloon ladies and the kink develops (as they sometimes do) into one where he gets off from watching those videos where people eat a ton of food. But then from there he starts to become interested, not in the person eating the food, but the food itself. Pretty soon heâs watching cooking video tutorials and attempting to cook for his family and within a couple years heâs got good. Real good. So good, in fact, that he publishes a modest cookbook at age 17 and makes enough money off selling it to buy himself a car. By the time heâs graduated highschool heâs had scholarships and apprenticeship offers from no less that 5 separate cooking schools, three of which were international. He told me all this inbetween throwing up in a bathtub at a party we were both at. I hadnât actually met him beforehand but id seen him around school a few times (he was a couple years older than me). Last I heard of him, heâs working as the head chef in some big boy restaurant back in my city and has at least one award for something.
