I got home late yesterday and felt like something quick and heathy and so I made lentils, a dahl actually, inspired by the Kitchn. I think it took me less than half an hour and I used kale as my hearty green which gave the dish a bit of bite as the lentils go mushy really quickly and some naan bread as a spoon. Great autumn dish, would also work with some baked squash. Enjoy!
