BUSY!!
The Emporium is going to be busy with a custom order, and costuming!! I'll also be finishing up a few other things, and sending out some orders from local folks! I can't wait! What does all of this mean for you? Saaaaaalllleeesss!! Yes, I'll be posting an ad later this month, and I need to change a few quote times, as with a 50 hour a week job (and probably more if I work overtime), I have to work around events and such.
I'm back!
Had to take some time for renewal, and thanks to a wonderful mediation, I am back to my usual optimistic self. I got a woodburner recently, and an engraver, so new products are coming!!!
So today I had a Runes class with @tarotofthekittenofblade. Let me say she’s a fantastic teacher and honestly goes at your own pace and tailor the lesson to you. As I knew some basics on runes, we kinda skimmed over going over all the meanings of runes and spent more time on trickier (for me) topics like combo runes, rune spreads, and rune binding (Which is a really neat concept.)
So yeah, I’d have more classes with her, it was fun, informative, and I have notes to go over from it all.
I'm sorry I've been out of touch
It’s been a rough few weeks. I’ve been dealing with quite a bit of crazy from the world, dieting, and doing store orders.
Tomorrow, I get to see Wicked with friends!!
Then Monday will be a July Fourth celebration with family!! I’ll probably be unreachable until at least Tuesday.
I’ve been struggling with depression, fighting it, and having to deal with the laziness I get from it. I don’t know how to explain, but dealing with personal doubt sucks, fighting to kick your own ass sucks, it’s a constant battle.
I’m not pushing my store right now, but I’ll be back in the saddle, probably after my mini-vacation.
I’m thinking I’ll be back full-force on Thursday. I might go to an awesome state park on Wednesday!! Family day in the water? I think so.
I'll also be sending out emails!
Quick Updates!!
I've sent out a few classes, and I'm working on any email classes right now. I expect all those to go out Monday. They require a bit more time because I'm typing what I would say. A few other orders are getting sent out, but I'm taking today off due to sudden onset medical issues.

Last Day of Magic City Con!!
Today is the last day of the con, and I'm excited!! I'll be heading home afterwards, but there will be a quick stop or two. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Quick Update
I'm still working on and sending out class information. I'll be going to another convention this weekend. When I get back, I'll rest for a few days, and get right back to everything! I've got 1 reading to do tonight, and I'll work as I can. I'm so excited!!

I just started a new diet, and I'm a bit weak today, but I've got a few awesome things I'm emailing out tomorrow and the next day! Then I'm off to Magic City Convention in Birmingham, AL on Thursday!!

I was browsing through a few books earlier, and I noticed the titles were, “How to read tarot like a pro in 1 WEEK!” “Selling on ETSY like a pro!” “Get more followers and go pro!!!”
You get the picture.
Why is this important? It’s embracing that “BE THE BEST” competitive spirit that is so prevalent in US Society. There’s nothing wrong with that at all.
When you’re a small business, it seems like everything is against you, like you can’t succeed, and you see everyone else is doing amazing things and they are successful!
How painful is that to see all your hardwork being ignored? So you try all these tips and tricks, and that gets you nowhere!!
What happened? You tried to do what everyone else is doing. Yeah, they have a larger clientele, I’ve only been in the tarot business for a year, but I know people have a larger client base than me. I’m okay with that, it takes hard work, and I’m gaining a larger following on other platforms that aren’t Tumblr too. It takes patience, and it takes realizing that sometimes you just can’t do what the other readers are doing. YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN THING.
I’m writing this because I want you to succeed, and no, it’s not sabotaging me, it’s helping you, and the more normal tarot reading becomes, the more fun it will become!!
Hey there, I want to start learning runes, do you have any master post or so? I have so many questions. One being that if the rune falls upside down ( only one side is carved right?) then? Do you throw the runes in a circle or shake in a bag and pick
I hope this answered your question. The runes are spelled differently, it seems like everyone spells the translated name out wrong.
And I realized I didn’t answer the second part to your rune casting question, yes, you can shake the bag. You need to do what is the most comfortable to you!
