therapy truly is something. I managed to get through this week more or less unscathed! shout out to my therapist 🫶 even though there are areas I can improve and trauma I still need to access I managed to use the coping skills i’ve been learning to help myself!!

I have a lot of opinions on endos but ultimately i’m not going to bully someone for saying they’re endo. I have a lot more things to worry about tbh so take that as you will 🙂‍↕️

With it currently being Lent so many memories and feelings bubble up and make me so incredibly uncomfortable. I’m currently trying to take a step back from Catholicism but it feels like it has its claws in me. I keep thinking about confessing my sins. I have done no wrong besides not going to Church and I feel like I am an awful person for it.

Easter is a trauma date for me and the closer the day comes the worse my mental health is let’s go🔥
