There is a box under Tony bed. Inside are hologram chips with messages encoded inside them. They are all labelled:

Guys we gotta think of the consequences of the five year time slip in endgame.

In infinity war, when half of the universe yeeted into dust, that broke apart families and took children away from parents and parents away from children and it probably caused the extinction of some animals too.

But in the five year timeskip, people do mourn but they’ve mostly accepted that their friends and families have left them and won’t return. They’ve moved on, had new kids and got new girlfriends and boyfriends and husbands and wives and significant others, that when everyone came back, hoping to find their loved ones waiting for them, only to realize they’ve moved on. What happens to those people?

So for the kids who came back (teenagers included) it’s been five years, Peter Parker is 21 years old chronologically but only 16 biologically. All his classmates that didn’t dust have graduated, half the people he’s in class with now were only 11 when the dusting happened, it must be weird to be with all these new kids. And these kids too have left their classmates and friends behind.

Younger siblings are now older then their older ones, what if you were dusted, and your s/o moved on and married/are dating someone else? What would you feel, what would you do? Imagine losing years of your children’s lives, remembering them as a five year old, but now they are 10.

Families are broken, loved ones have died in the five years, people would get seriously depressed. They lost five years of their life, of their friends, of their families. They haven’t had years to move on like the ones who didn’t dust did.

Just like the aftermath of infinity war, I bet some people wanted to end it to be with their loved ones, where they wanted revenge for them too (like Clint) these people too who some have lost everything, their families and friends, might just feel like ending it.

Sure so many people in the MCU got their families back, but hell, Scott missed five years of his daughters life, after he just got out of his house arrest thing. Quill, lost Gamora, and now there’s a past gamora who doesn’t even know him.

I bet people are glad that the snapped are back, but a good number of the snapped aren’t.

Instead of the groups for support after the dusting, there’s gonna be support groups for people who were dusted.

I know this is a long rant but I just can’t help but thinking about everyone else infected by the snap and people coming back. not just the avengers

2023 Earth (and universe) won’t be the happiest place for a while.
