Knit This Classic V-Neck Vest, It's Looks So Comfy! 👉 https://buff.ly/hNbc9DC
Knitting is great it's just a fidget toy and periodically you get a scarf or some shit
I finished the Braidy Loop Sweater by Other Loops. Yarn is Knitting for Olive Merino in Dusty Aqua, held with KFO Mohair in Dusty Sea Glass. The pattern was a struggle tbh and I have scrapped all plans to make more by this designer. I can't recommend it, there are mistakes and it is written weirdly. Also, it is not graded very well (not size inclusive too).
However, I am overall happy with my result. It's pretty and that yarn combo is great for spring! The colour is a nice grey-ish aqua, marbeled with the darker green.
Only modifications are a bunch of elastic in the neckband, longer sleeves and I bound of the body without the double knitting, to allow it to flare out more.
Arete II miniscarf
I promised I would find the name of the yarn! I randomly tried this yarn and its very nice! Evergreen yarn studio on etsy. They have an Instagram too. First pair of socks I ever knitted
They are still going strong after being worn and washed many times
wear all your scarves at once for a jaunty 1970s turtleneck-and-blazer effect. for fashion.
anyway, finished the orange sample for walcott scarf and the very long (this was meant to be a kerchief) multicolored arete II (I did not absently and immediately abandon my place-names naming convention; this one has been in the works for a long time). interesting to see the different ways the yarns pick up the light.
now i’m working on a a smaller arete II scarf (they’re really meant to be scarflettes. I think I get anxious and want them to be bigger. actually let’s leave that subject alone for now. no really, that way I know exactly how much yarn the largest one takes, and can physically see the dimensions for all sizes; the only problem is it isn’t time-efficient or visually representative of the ideal smaller spring kerchief scarf I had in mind for this) and a couple icord ideas, plus gathering up some scraps for a hat that needs them (it will make sense. it will be like scrap yarn handspun. we’re gonna use hand cards and make little tiny recycled wool batts. they will be vital to this hat. trust me. I did uh, lend my hand cards out so I may have to go get them and they may not come back in good shape, but this idea will go somewhere eventually).
Finished this sweater a while ago but I’m just getting around to posting it! It’s a Laerke Bagger pattern, called “Alone Together,” where you hold two strands of yarn and tie in random yarn scraps you have saved up.
I still have many more scraps, but this sweater is sooo warm and cozy and I love the little bits of fun colors. I wear it all the time!
White yarns: knitpicks palette in bare and knitpicks simply wool in Wanda held together. Plus many random scraps from other projects!
Just finished #claudetroyer @kolibri.by_johanna Arms are shorter, I don’t like long thick sleeves https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn-O_fFIaONixpxrsikk-o1TkHGeci56DmFNmk0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Here is my finished and blocked ophelia blouse! I am absolutely in love with this piece and I'm so proud of it!
The pattern is the Ophelia Blouse by starcrossed knits, it is worked up in Knitting for Olive pure silk in the colorway coal. This project only took me a week to make!
Thought I’d share the cable chart I used for this sweater in case it inspires anyone
Hype because I just got this back from my tech editor and the test call goes out tomorrow!
