As much as I may love it whenever a T-Rex shows up in media, I find myself more and more being impressed and intimidated by the real-life animal. You'd think at first that media like movies would exaggerate what these creatures could do for the sake of entertainment value, but every new thing we learn about Tyrannosaurus makes it abundantly clear that the actual flesh-and-blood dinosaur could probably mop the floor with anything we've seen in fictional portrayals. Better eyesight, stronger bodies, more intelligence, able to work as groups, actively hunting instead of scavenging, they truly were the S-Tier land predators of Earth's history.

Seriously, I cannot stress enough how friggin' lucky we are that we weren't around at the same time as these things ^^;
