Absolutely stunning wedding! I'm so blessed and proud to be a part of this project!
This was a 3-day process in the works.. You have no idea how much flowers we decorated.. We created this 30ft hydrangea chandelier and made sure each flower was healthy and alive! Soooo proud of my team! I love my job.
So, I've been totally M.I.A. lately. I apologize! I've been blessed enough to do some AMAAZING weddings lately though and I need to post them to show and share to my wonderful followers:)
Prepare for a spam soon. Just a warning:)
Viansa wedding last week <3
Wedding at the Meritage today. In the Ballroom. <3
Chocolate & Wine event
This was my first event that I, by myself, have participated in. I was really honored that my managers allowed me to go to the 25th Chocolate & Wine festival at Westin Napa.
Everyone was super nice, the chocolates were melt-in-your-mouth/to die for, and the wines were just excellent. There was not ONE dessert or wine that I was not satisfied with.
My table was shared with Truchard Winery. She was super nice and made my first event very enjoyable! I tried their Pinot and Chardonnay; their Pinot was smooth and velvety. Their Chardonnay was my favorite. It was crisp and clean.
I then, walked over to Castillo Di Amorosa's table and tried their Rose. It was my favorite Rose compared to Mumm's Rose. I loved Mumm's Rose as well, but it was a little too carbonated for me. (Then again, I've never tasted so many wines at once so I may be in the wrong as well)
I also tried Ceja's Merlot and it was super velvety. It was a musk kind of taste. Delicious nonetheless.
I tried Black Stallion's wine as well, I forget which one it was but it was a smooth glass.
I also tried another Chardonnay, but it wasn't as smooth, sweet, and crisp like Truchard's Chardonnay.
The desserts were so delicious! I tried too many chocolates, brownies, and cream puffs to even pin point each company. They were all melt in your mouth and creamy dreamy!
I guess i'm one spoiled girl, I got to indulge myself in at least over $100's worth of food and wine for free. It was definitely a wonderful experience. I met amazing people, including two ladies who owned one of the top wineries out there. They were super sweet and even hugged me. <3
Wonderful day today. I definitely wined and dined :P
My first non-baking/wedding post! Does this mark a new era for this blog? Possibly, maybe.
I wanted something healthy and my mom just bought heirloom tomatoes. I HAD to make something because those tomatoes have to be the best:)
So, i toasted the sourdough bread, spread the fresh pesto on top. I then, broiled it so the mozzarella cheese could bubble and melt, then i topped it off with the juicy sweet heirloom tomatoes, cut myself up basil, sprinkled olive oil and sea salt and BOOM! You get yourself this creation.
It was delicious and simple. Plus, i love the colors;)
Peaches and Cream bars
Basically this is like a cobbler or maybe a pie? Well, here's my review!
It's so delicious! Very rich because of the butter, crunchy outside, melt in your mouth center, the peaches stayed firm in the middle and overall.. just yummy! This recipe is super easy with only about 6 main ingredients. Flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, salt and peaches. Pretty much.
Error: I wish that the "crumbled" topping was more.. "crumbled" The butter seemed to have melted and so it created a crust-like top.
But other than that error, this baking session was a SUCCESS! I am definitely making this again:)
Hello all!
Sorry i haven't posted in a while, but i'm in the process of baking up this Peaches and Cream bar! :D
I didn't have peaches but i did have nectarines so this is my improvised baking session! Plus, i didn't want to make 20 bars, so i cut the recipe in half.
This recipe is SUPER easy to make! Simple ingredients as well! Not too much sugar either. So i think it's quite healthy ;P
Standby for pictures and taste review!:) Thanks guys!
I wish i had better quality on this, but i thought this was super cute! For my fellow SFGiants fans;)
I absolutely LOVE rustic weddings like this<3 I'm horrible, i forgot the venue. But it was a vineyard outside of Sonoma.
Brix in Yountville. Simple wedding.
Solage. My all-time favorite venue. I absolutely love the chandelier here.
Carneros Inn Wedding<3

Hey guys! Sorry i haven't posted anything in a VERRY long time, but be prepared for a HUGE wedding spam. I'll update you guys as to why..

I'm training to be a wedding coordinator so still, this blog will have my "rare" baking posts but now it will be more focused on wedding cakes and wedding ideas. I'm going to try my best to be good and keep this blog updated! So why am i spamming now? Well, i have the time and plus these wedding photos are absolutely gorgeous! Hope you guys will like and share!:)
Absolutely crazy ass day at work! I had to make a 6" in 15 minutes for a wedding! So, this is the end result. Not toooo shabby for late notice. Well.. i would hope. Haha.
