#tbt Though you can't tell, this was an important day in my life. In February 2014 - this is me at a restaurant after my first #duathlon in Emporia, KS. Single-track trail for the 3 or 4 mile run and gravel roads for the 20 mile ride. It was very cold and I DNF as a man pulled up in a truck to see if I wanted to finish or not with hills at end and I hopped off my bike and into his truck in 5 seconds flat. So I did over 17 miles. Lol!! But by that night I was googling local triathlons. Being bitten by the #triathlon lovebug happens **just that fast.** 😀 #triathlete #swimbikerun 🏊🚵🏃#trilife

Ahhhhh.... Sharla's is mine and Mother's personal Mecca. I have missed her more than I realized. Sharla is an ***amazing woman*** who developed skincare products that are the best I've ever used. She is a Texas half-pint, sassy, blond, bubbly and adorable and I cannot say enough good things about her or her products or store. This is the first time we've been in the new shop which is triple in size of the old one and it was stunning. She remembered both of us instantly and our stories.
