That’s really probably my last Tumblr ever. I just had it on my mind and it didn’t fit on my Facebook or on my Livejournal (yes I’ve had it since I was 15...I am 31 now) so I put it here. Later y’all!

Here’s the thing. Say you are of a certain religion or belief system that you know in your heart to be true. For whatever reason, you know that your salvation is the correct one. And you see a lot of evil in the world or at least a lot that contradicts what you know is The Truth, so you think “Hey, I just want the people to live justly; so we should make some laws that abide by The Truth. Because The Truth is good and righteous.” So let’s pretend that it happens. The Truth becomes The Law. Enough people believed The Truth, and enough of those people were in power, so things changed. And now your Truth is The Law and you’re totally cool with that.
The problem is, though, that not all people believed The Truth to begin with. They had their own Truth. So what happens?
There are people in this country who are sworn to uphold The Law. Violently, if necessary. Usually, they’re called cops. Most are good people and some aren’t. That’s for another Tumblr. So what happens when the Then-Truth-Now-Law is opposed? How far do people go to make sure The Law is followed, even by people who didn’t ever believe The Truth? Do you arrest people who don’t abide? Do you kill them?
SOOOOooooo idk. I don’t understand why people get so freaked out about “Sharia Law” (*eyeroll*) and ISIS, but feel like their liberties are being attacked when their Truth isn’t The Law.

There are very few vacation ideas that interest me less than going on a cruise. Like, I would literally prefer sitting at home all week than getting on a giant ship and going on a Caribbean cruise or some shit. What a bizarre waste of time and money...
I wish I could be out snowboarding, all day, every day.
