Adding onto that, even when the other species donât have a specific culture in mind like maybe the yaks, they are treated as wrong! I donât like that! White fantasies tend to be very exclusive Iâve noticed. Like they prop themselves up as exceptional. They also tend to have reprehensible people be forgiven for awful shit like with Starlightâs cult.
I would have liked for Starlight to be seen as reprehensible and her victims take back the narrative, not forgive her, and maybe have the mane 6 check in on them once in a while.
They even redeem that racist chancellor! Why?? Also I donât think Iâd be wrong to say that the reason why Sapphire Shores never got a song but the ponies with White vas did was because of antiblackness Sapphire Shores was so cool!
The school of friendship reads as like a school where you must conform to the pony way or their way. Whoâs to even say the ponies are the only ones who know about friendship or are exceptional?? Like the Changlelings attack the ponies because they are âsooo full of loveâ I mean in 5e comics itâs slightly different because their was a cat village I think but still! I remember this art where they tried to make the ponies look like show-accurate humans, but the good guys were White and the changeling s were Black.
