I made little Labubu-like plushies for Owen and Theo! I’m not the greatest with plushie craftsmanship but I think they turned out good! I want to display them with the books when I have them at my table next year (hopefully 🤞). I also want to put them in ita bags and carry them around at conventions to promote the book. They are my babies ♥️

Owen is made from synthetic wool and Theo is made from faux fur and fleece. Their faces and horns were made with light sculpy clay and painted with figure paint.

Sheep Girl & Wolf Boy! They’re kind of new versions of my Black Dog/Black Sheep characters/brand mascots with the potential for an actual storyline (that I may be trying to cook up for a possible mini comic 👀). I also thought of cute glitter charm designs that I might add to Tekko/my Etsy shop! I want to cosplay as the sheep girl, which is why I’ve been painting horns and making sheep ears! I’m probably going to draw them as these new versions more often for all my brand stuff like business cards and web banners (at least for now).

A different take on my “Black Dog, Black Sheep” characters/mascots. Wanted more of a gothic feel to this one.

Also another gold foil and flocked print I want to try for Tekko! The frame and the daisies will be gold and the wolf boy’s mask and the sheep girl’s dress will be flocked. Trying to match the same colors and look of the Feast on the King print. So my plan is to have this one and “Feast on the King” as gold foil with flocking and then “What Big Teeth” and “All the Better to Eat You” with just flocking, so I’ll have a nice little series. Excited to get all these printed!

My second 70s art nouveau style poster for the book I’m writing! I will also have red foil prints of these along with the first one I did. I changed the first one a little bit to match the colors to this one and added a border. I did black and white versions to show what they’ll look like in the book.

I wanted to do a 70s Art Nouveau style poster for Black Dog Moon. I want to do red foil prints of this and have them for Tekko and Bitchcraft. There’s another one I want to do in this style with the red foil too. I have a few other smaller prints planned with the Black Dog Moon theme that I would like to have for Tekko and Bitchcraft as well. Changing things up a bit this year 😉

I’m halfway through writing my book now, and I needed to take a break, so I decompressed with some Theo and Owen doodles. I shouldn’t say decompressed, honestly. The amount of times I’ve redrawn their faces to keep their likenesses the same on all of them was A LOT. I’ll be drawing them for more art for the book, so I’m trying to get comfortable with drawing them consistently. I’m also INCREDIBLY picky about how their faces look and I’ll fix it endlessly until I get it as close as I can. Cuz I can’t just casually draw…Anyway, back to writing now 😆

I wanted to draw Owen and Theo when they met as kids since I don’t usually draw kids or bikes for that matter (okay, Stranger Things may have inspired me…) But it was good practice with keeping character likeness consistent across ages, and I wanted to show their age progression. I’m also gonna be posting a little guide and a video on TikTok on this too in case it might help anyone as I learned things myself.

First drawing of 2026 and it’s my hellhound blues boy Theo serenading his wolves! I added some process shots including the original colored version before I put a deep blue overlay on it. Also challenged myself with a background inspired by “shotgun shacks” down in Mississippi.
