What I eat in a day: I lost 60lbs in 6 months
Pick one option from each category per day!
Breakfast:
banana + 1tbsp peanut butter
cereal with almond milk
slice of toast with peanut butter and honey
slice of toast with ½ cup cottage cheese
pb+strawberry+banana protein smoothie
slice of toast with avocado and cracked pepper
Lunch:
sandwich (turkey, tuna, chicken salad, egg salad, grilled cheese) with soup
chicken salad
chicken burrito bowl
homemade adult Lunchable with sliced cheese, crackers and choice of meat
white chicken chili
Dinner:
turmeric chicken with broccoli, carrots and brown rice
whole wheat spaghetti with ground turkey
burritos with chicken, black beans, onion, bell pepper
black bean burger with avocado
indian spiced tofu over rice
mini meat loaves with broccoli and baked potato
stir fried vegetables over rice
pot roast with slice of french bread
Snacks:
low calorie pudding cup + whipped cream on top
string cheese
yogurt with fruit + granola
fruit smoothie
handful of mixed nuts
cheese + crackers
dill pickles
WHY EATING SEASONALLY IS IMPORTANT
•save money - food is at it’s highest supply
•food is better - it is grown closer to home so less likely to rot
•support local, sustainable farmers
•more environmentally friendly

New work for NIKE Training
I had such a good work out today!!!!!!! I almost cried because I am great at things and I need to show myself more gratitude, appreciate myself and what I have done to make myself a better person.
I’m envious of people that can order takeout, buy a bag of chips and chill and eat them in bed with a movie, people that casually decide they want a milkshake so they get one and drink it without guilt, people that go out to dinners with friends and don’t automatically think of the nutritional info, etc. That’s healthy living. Being on social media all the time negatively impacts us a lot more than we realize. Thinking about food all the time isn’t normal. Tracking calories or macros isn’t normal.
