while someone who accused christian of overdoing his friendliness sometimes on the job wouldn’t be lying, it remained true nonetheless that kun was one of his favorites to overdo it with. he’d always been a little too drawn to those who reacted to him with sarcasm, seemed to make him work for it a little — & besides, it was funny. it hardly hurt that the man sat across the bar was nice to look at, fun to tease, & kept coming back. ❛ wait, wait… so you’ll pretend we’re friends if i give you good service ? man, i’m about to be the quickest tender of bar the world’s ever seen. ❜ & he kept his word, avoiding anything flashy this time around — efficiency was a decent way to show off in its own right, wasn’t it ? the drink was put together in record time, & he was still grinning as he popped it onto a coaster and slid it towards the other. ❛ y’know, my friends usually let me make them something a little different, a little interesting. spice things up for ‘em. maybe once you finish that one ? if you hate it, it’s on me. ❜
One the main reasons why Kun enjoyed talking to Christian was that the other seemed to understand that even if his words and tone weren’t too friendly, it was just his version of playful banter. Another reason was that he did like the attention, even if he tried his best not to show it. "Mhm, that's the deal." He confirmed, a small smile making way into his features as he watched the bartender hurrying to get his drink done. As he got it, Kun downed the shot before looking up at Christian and considering his suggestion. "Okay, go for it. If it's good and it becomes a signature drink, do I get any revenues for inspiring it?" He teased.
