nobody talks about the struggle of being a hot young career woman who uses instagram as their primary networking tool bc I’ll post anything related to my work and my field and it gets barely any engagement from industry ppl but then I’ll post a pic of myself and suddenly all these 40/50/60 year old male mutuals with my dream jobs are very active and it’s hard not to feel uncomfortable about the whole dynamic
