Could you give us a context about "The Failed Mission" art?

Context: In the text under the art, if you couldn't translate, its an argument between sonic and tails BEFORE the mission happend "What mission?" Is the mission where they failed to catch Eggman but sonic wasn't fast enough Like tails said "GUVF VF N FHVPVQNY ZVFFVBA! (THIS IS A SU1C1D@L MISSION!)" The mission was too dangerous and he even suggested another plan because that base WASN'T like the others (also mentioned) But in the heat of the moment, Sonic told Tails to shut up because he survived so many things that he belived he could survive again, even knuckles was aware he crossed the line with that But yeah.. With the wounded Tails art. We can tell what happend Rip Sonic 19XX - 20XX (Hope this clarified your question ^^)
