Ppl say "go get therapy" as if you can find therapists like they're generic over-the-counter pills: hundreds to pick from at your own pace and convenience. Don't like one? Just go back to the pharmacy and pick the next option, see if it works.

Mental Health is not yet a support readly avaiable for everyone. I know that's a thing in some places in the world,

but not every place , though.

Not everyone can fix their problems when they want them fixed.
