gl!niki is such an interesting character. the implications behind her repeating "im nice" so she wont die, and it genuinely working, until she gets killed and discarded like a background character. like she was the butt of the joke. like her, the nice girl, the pliant one, dying in such a uneventful way, was the gag in itself.

and the thing is that it's not a lie. none of the characters care. she's forgotten the moment she's off-screen, and the audience moves on. she was only there to play into the "fridging" trope and nothing else.

kinda like how niki's characters are either hated or used as stepping stones. kinda like how no one can bother to describe her beyond "she's nice." kinda like how, the moment another content creator starts to stream, they click off in favor of watching someone else.
