FINAL BOSSES AND OTHERS FOR THREE HOPES (MAJOR SPOILERS)
I got the info from 4chan. Someone uploaded a file of all (?) cutscenes. Please ignore this post if you want to play blind. Also, the videos I found had no audio so I’m basing the spoilers on the visual elements.
SCARLET BLAZE
Claude hires Shamir to assassinate Edelgard but it fails
There’s a cutscene of Edelgard’s assault to Aillel (?, the ground has lava so it’s an assumption)
Ferdinand battled Duke Aegir (appears to be an armored/fortress knight) and executes him with Hubert’s help.
There’s a scene where Shez is battling Jeralt. Jeralt faints/dies (?). Meanwhile, Byleth heavily wound Randolph in front of Fleche. Unsure if he dies.
The final boss for this route appears to be both Rhea and Thales. Shez and Edelgard are back-to-back facing the two (the setting appears to be the bridge connecting the cathedral in Garreg Mach). HOWEVER, Rhea suddenly attacks Thales and they fall down. Unsure if they survive.
SIDE NOTE: Edelgard and Shez high five afterwards
AZURE GLEAM
Dimitri and Dedue are attacking Kingdom soldiers. Perhaps this is a revolt within the kingdom?
There’s a scene where Edelgard and Dimitri are fighting. Thales suddenly appears and uses a crest to transform Edelgard into a Hegemon Husk which devastates the surrounding field. Shez is seen supporting Dimitri from the rubble.
Same with SB, Shez fights Jeralt. This time, Byleth stabs Rodrigue in the back in front of Dimitri and Felix. Byleth stares at the relics (Aegis and Areadbhar) for a moment. Again, unsure if Rodrigue dies.
The final boss appears to be Thales and Edelgard. Edelgard is wielding Aymr. Dimitri stabs Thales and spares Edelgard. He and Shez walk out and we see both Rhea and Claude smiling towards them.
GOLDEN WILDFIRE
There’s a scene where Claude and Shez corner Shahid by a cliff. Claude shoots Shahid (reluctantly) and he falls down
This route contains the scene where Count Bergliez battles Holst
There’s a scene where Claude, Dimitri, and Hilda are fighting Dimitri 3v1
Similar with SB and AG, Shez fights Jeralt. Byleth slashes across Judith and it’s uncertain if she dies or not.
The final boss in this route is Rhea in her Seiros attire. She transforms into The Immaculate One before Shez attacks her.
POST ROUTES? Unsure about this one but there are scenes which features Edelgard, Dimitri, or Claude (depending on which route you pick) attacking Solon. Solon teleports but Shez manages to stab him. However, he seems to activate the Zahras spell (the one he used to Byleth).
Meanwhile, the three Lords meet in the same area. They are affected by the spell and fall into darkness as well. I don’t know what happens to them afterwards.
THE FINAL Scenes show Shez in the space where Arval reside (the weird space with floating building parts) and attacks Arval. Shez stabs Arval.
Again, I don’t know the exact scenes because the video lack an audio.

I don’t know German but a reddit user says that Edelgard and Claude can unite? Can anyone confirm this? I’m adding the link to the article.

I made a list of possible theories for each route based on the trailers, the demo, and the leaks from the datamine. SPOILERS for the people who like to avoid these before the game’s release. And again, they’re just ideas. I could be totally wrong (I probably am).
I want to know your thoughts as well.
Consider the foil between Balthus and Miklan (slight spoilers from Balthus’ Supports)
Balthus and Miklan are the first-born sons of their respective houses, but while Balthus was born with a crest, Miklan wasn’t. Aside from this, their younger brothers, Sylvain and Balthus’ unnamed brother, inherited their title, but while Miklan detest Sylvain, Balthus is on good terms with his sibling.
Miklan was disinherited for his lack of a crest. Balthus, meanwhile, had to leave his house because of his stepmother who favored Balthus’ younger brother.
After leaving his house, Miklan spent some time in building a group of thieves with the purpose of stealing the Lance of Ruin and claiming. Balthus, on the other hand, became a vagabond before ending up in Abyss and becoming a member of the Ashen Wolves.
Ultimately, Balthus led a more meaningful life despite his debts while Miklan lost his due to his jealousy for Sylvain.
Had they a support with each other, I’d like to think that Balthus would be an older brother figure to Sylvain.
Oh, Wave 4 supports got datamined. These are the four new characters that were datamined in recent months. For reference Yuri and Balthus are male, Hapi and Constance are female (According to previous datamines)
Supports between each other and a house they’re most affiliated with (Balthus w/ Deer, Hapi w/ Lions, Constance w/ Eagles, Yuri w/ Eagles or possibly neutral/Church).
They don’t get as many supports as most playable characters and don’t get supports with any faculty members so ehh. Jeritza gets another support though, which is cool. And the MLM players get another (hopefully romantic) S support with Yuri. I had hoped both dlc dudes would be options, but you can’t get em all I suppose. Let’s hope Yuri’s cute.
Oh, and there’s no supports for Anna. None. Not even with Byleth presumably. Big F in the chat for that.
