claustrophobia
Red nearly sighed in relief when he realized that the other wasn’t hostile in any way. However they were taller than him— which he found to be a tad intimidating before he pushed it to the back of his mind. There were many people taller than him. His larger companions were taller than him.
Their question startled him, the raven not used to being asked just about anything from someone that he didn’t know. “Ah— I’m alright.” He said quietly, taking a moment to clear his throat. “Yeah I’m— I’m fine.”
He offered the other a shaky smile, his eyes closing for a breif moment before he felt someone’s elbow press into his back again, nearly sending him forward into the woman before him once again. “Maybe I should just move…” He mumbled to himself, looking from side to side.He fiddled with the edge of his shirt, his palms a bit clammy. “Do you know how to get out of here? I didn’t really mean to come in here in the first place… Uh…”
He trailed off, once again wishing that he was back outside.
‘You’re going to scare them off if you keep acting so weird.’
Red sighed, biting his lip.
‘Though you’re always weird.’
“Do you also have any suggestions for places that aren’t as crowded?” He questioned, looking at the other sheepishly. “I don’t— I don’t really like places like this.”
The boy almost seemed baffled that she had asked about his well-being. Was this something he was unfamiliar with? Although, getting a closer look at him, some part of him seemed... Familiar, in a sense. Something in the back of her mind recognizing his face, but she couldn't imagine where she'd seen him before. Food for thought at a later time, perhaps. He tried to claim that he was fine, but his voice was quiet and wavering. He was either lying, or wasn't very outwardly confident.
Though the larger bunch of the crowd had gone elsewhere, there were still a lot of people going here and there, one of them managing to bump him and send him flying onto Elesa once again. She squeaked in surprise, not having expected this to happen a second time (But she probably should have). "Maybe I should just move…" He ended up mumbling as he readjusted himself. While she was fixing her shirt, he inquired about a way to get out of the Musical Theater. "I didn’t really mean to come in here in the first place… Uh…"
It seemed like he had more to say, but stopped for what seemed like no real reason. She blinked, waiting for him to continue, and he ended up sighing anxiously before concluding, "Do you also have any suggestions for places that aren’t as crowded?" To ask such a thing meant he was certainly a foreigner - She could tell by his accent that he wasn't from Unova. Elesa knew Nimbasa like the back of her hand, she could become a tour guide if she wanted zero free time in her life.
"Well, of course." She chimed. "There are plenty of places much quieter than here. Let's get you outside first, this isn't the finest of places for discussions." By habit, she reached forward to grab his hand, but only realized a second later that he may not be comfortable with contact like that. Rather awkwardly, she retracted hers, and instead gestured in the general direction of the exit. "This way. I'll try to keep slow, so we don't get separated."
