What’s that supposed to mean? No, hey Aria welcome back?
I’m glad I finally got to see you.
Yeah, fine, whatever. Hey Aria, welcome back.
Sure. It only took a few years, no big. I'm glad to see you too.

How long is it going to stay that way? I don’t know… college involved a lot of work, and I got caught up. I guess I was enjoying being free too much.
Well no one is really keeping you here from being all free and happy and abandoning your friends.
Of course it is. It’s been a while.. and we can stay with Wren, right?
I’m sure people are just busy these days. May I help you with anything?
It has been a while... I thought you had moved to England and were living happily ever after with Melissa Hastings?
Help? Unless you're going to prescribe an entire bottle of get-happy-quick pills, I don't think so.
You didn’t try me.
I figured you sort of had enough stuff on your plate.
The real question is, why is this the first time I’ve spoken to you since I’ve been back?! What’s new, Han’?
What's new? I'm not dead -- I don't think anyone else has died. What's with the radio silence even while you were gone?
Sorry, Marin, you must’ve forgotten my number. I didn’t get anything.
Yeah... might have left you off of that phone tree, Noel. Wonder why.
Hanna, it’s a pleasure to see you again. Have you tried them all?
Pleasure? Yeah, Wren. Dr. Kingston.. Kingy. I've tried them all.
A girl goes down with a toothache and comes back and the world is upside down? What in the hell is going on around here now...
...WHY IS NO ONE TEXTING ME BACK?!
Forcefully, she yanked her arm out of Hanna’s grip, pushing her hood off her head. “Do you think I’m that stupid, Hanna? I’ve been doing this for years, I think I know when to and when not to make an appearance. Besides, we’re the only ones here.” she said with a smirk. Rolling her eyes when Hanna asked if she was trying to get everyone around her killed, Alison folded her arms across her chest. “And do you honestly think I’d be in Rosewood right now if I was the only one in danger? Because I’m not. The game has changed…drastically.” Alison said, pressing her lips together as she stepped closer to her, putting her hand on Hanna’s arm. “I need to come home, Han. And I need your help if any of us are going to get out of this alive. I need all four of you to be on my side.”
"I don't know what to think anymore, Ali! And you shouldn't be so impressed with yourself for playing dead -- My dog can do that." Following the other's words, she made a quick scan of the shop and then moved to yank down the shade over the glass door. "Just because we're alone, doesn't mean we're alone. You taught me that." Breathing out slowly she stared at the closed door for a moment, trying so very hard not to take the bait... "Why is this suddenly our problem?!" Okay, she sucked at not taking bait. Whipping back around to face her friend she stared at her. "How did we get here? Now it's not about you needing to come home but all five of us staying alive? When did the death penalty become contagious?!" It was hard to remain calm at the moment and she was doing a terrible job. "What is going on now? Scorned boyfriend?"
I can’t figure out how in a time like this it seems like so much is happening, yet nothing ever does. Same shit everyday. It’s like we live in a paradox or something.
It's Rosewood, McCullers. Did you forget?
Sliced my hand open with a carving knife today, first time I’ve cried in two years…
Please, That Batman movie came out, and I know all the guys cried when the old guy was in the graveyard. It's a fact.
On the other hand, did you see a doctor. Get it? Hand? God -- I am hilarious.
With her red hood over her head, Alison made her way through the night time streets of Rosewood. She longed to be able to walk down these streets with her head held high and undisguised. But first, she had to gain back the trust of those who would do anything to protect her-her four best friends. As she approached the back of the boutique that Hanna worked in, she peaked inside to make sure nobody was there before entering through the back door. She approached the front window and peaked through the curtains to see Hanna outside arranging clothes on the rack and for a moment, Alison smiled. She was truly proud of the person that the former Hefty Hanna and she almost wished that the fellow blonde could have been her twin-not as powerful, but just as fabulous. Shaking her head from her thoughts, Alison knocked on the window from the inside to attract Hanna’s attention.
One more blouse. One more dress. She finally finished with one rack and was about to move on to another when she heard the sharp rapping on window pane and she groaned loudly, figuring it was her boss getting ready to send her on another errand. Plastering a too fake smile on her face, Hanna lifted her head to look at the window and immediately her face fell. With speed she didn't know she was capable of, she had already pushed through the doors and had a hold of Ali's upper arm. "What in the hell are you doing here?!" She wasn't being exactly gentle as she dragged the other blonde out of sight behind a grouping of mannequins. "Are you trying to get everyone around you killed? Or is that only for Tuesdays?"
"I know... Mom... mom... MOM. It's ridiculous - I'm trying to --" Once again, Hanna found herself cut off by her mother whom was chirping at her through the phone that was currently pinned between her ear and her shoulder. All the while her fingers were scoping through the rack of dresses that had been set outside of, what seemed like, the only boutique in Rosewood. "Mom.. are you even listening to me? I'm just an intern, it's not like I'm hanging out with supermodels and putting coke up my nose all day." She rolled her blue eyes and sighed heavily while she pawed through the rack. "You know, mom, I really, really got to go... some model needs to be zipped in to her bodysuit... or something. I love you, bye!" With that she managed to skillfully drop the phone into her waiting hand and slide her thumb across the scene to end the call. Mothers.
Hanna Marin is a nineteen year old intern and has been classified as a liar. She bears a resemblance to Ashley Benson, though she doesn’t see it.
+ sassy, caring, witty - sarcastic, blunt, rude
FROM THE 'A' FILES
When Hanna graduated she was sure of one thing: College wasn’t a thing she wanted to do. Instead, she worked her ass off to actually get into the designer internships. Hanna was able to finally be accepted with a local up and coming fashion mogul whose style, in Hanna’s opinion, was to die for. Hanna found a niche in her life where she finally felt comfortable. Staying with her mother and doing everything she could to help pay their bills, the haunts of Alison DiLaurentis and ‘A’ so far behind the blonde and for once, Hanna felt like she could just breathe and be.
However, when Caleb Rivers blew back into town after staying in California for over a year, Hanna doesn’t want a thing to do with him, no matter how hard he pushes and she has no idea that he has help from Spencer. Hanna just wants her life as simple as possible but with Caleb creeping back into her life and with Aria mysteriously showing back up with seemingly no reason, and Ali revealing herself to Hanna makes her feel like her entire life is about to come crumbling back down and this time she will not take it laying down.
GEAR UP YOUR ALLIES
Spencer Hastings - The only other liar to remain in Rosewood, the two of them talk briefly every now and again but during Spencer’s time addicted to pills, the two of them fought recklessly and they each still haven’t found away to forgive each other.
Mona Vanderwaal - Despite all they went through, the two have gotten a little closer. Hanna has finally forgiven Mona for what she’s done and believes that Mona is only there to protect her, which Mona will do whatever she can to make sure that happens.
Alison DiLaurentis - Hanna was the first person Ali told about being back. Hanna doesn’t know what do with the information and she’s only seen Ali a handful of times but neither girl can say they’re relieved to see each other again.
THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY TAKEN.
