Something I often wrestle with is having a bunch of “gross” kinks and not wanting that to overshadow my wholesome and affectionate nature.
Like, especially in loving fat people. That’s who I am first and foremost and has nothing to do with my kinks. That is something different.
I’m myself a fat person who doesn’t want to seen as a slob even if I also happen to be a fat person who very much adores expressing slobby tendencies privately. Those two things coexist within me and that’s okay.
I think especially because my slob kink is about intimacy and maybe decadence, it’s something I choose to celebrate. Someone else seeing me as a slob just for being fat is an unwanted imposition. I worry that distinct can be confused, tho.
But whatever. Having weird kinks often means other people being confused and not knowing what to do with you. I don’t like it, but you kind of don’t get to do anything about that other than hide yourself away at all times even in your own tiny spaces. I won’t do that.
