I feel you, I own the anime on DVD but I can't watch it all the way through very often because it hurts
right?! Iâve watched it first when it aired in France in the 80âČs, I was only 6 and I remember never watching the end. Then earlier this year, I donât know why for sure but I felt the need to find it and rewatch it completely this time. So itâs like Iâve watched the last episodes for the 1st time, and yeah it was really hard...
It was like Oscar was real bcz this anime/manga is so accurate when it comes to historic facts that I forget Oscar didnât exist. And it felt like she was invincible. So her days really hurts. But it was also logical in the story. She just has a special place in my heart <3
In honor of July 14 tomorrow, and the last day of Oscar François de Jarjayes, Iâm going to post several gifsets of the last episode of the anime.
Honestly it hurt to gif her death and what followed but my blog is all about the legacy of this amazing manga/anime so I wanted to do this, to honor this character that I love so much.
