That one time Bill Maher openly defended pedophilia once and has also said the N-Word twice on live tv!

And that’s not even half of the things he’s done. I won’t turn this into an essay about every little thing he’s done (not yet at least) But the fact that he’s said and done these things and few people know/care to acknowledge it sits on my conscious every day. On March 20th, 1998 on ABC, Maher openly defended 36-year-old pedophile and predator Mary Kay Letourneau who not only had sex with, but mothered 2 kids with a 14-year-old boy. They had started earlier when he was 12. In the clip, Maher expresses that he doesn’t understand why it’s wrong, claiming that she (Letourneau) is “…In jail, because she is in love”. Activist Celeste Greig expresses that it’s sickening and that Letourneau raped the boy. Maher in response says “How can a woman rape a man”.

Sage/Blaze is pictured admitting that they did run the server and that they forgot the ages of two minors, which is a terrible excuse for exposing minors to a server dedicated solely to NSFW kinky RPs. I censored the names of the minors, and I neglected to mention a third minor (17) when confronting Sage, but even without the third minor, this is bad enough. Their boyfriend (who goes by Veggie, and who was 18 at the time) also ran this server along with them. The server has since been deleted.

As for the 17 year old, they don't want to be named but I have been in contact with them recently and they are INCREDIBLY traumatized by the events. They remember the server and basic details of what happened, but they cannot recall details without making themself feel sick and panicky over being groomed along with other minors. Again, they don't want to be directly involved, so I won't out them or reveal who they are but they did ask that I add this testimonial into the post.

This person is very popular in the TWRP fandom but they are NOT safe to interact with children. Willful ignorance is not only a bad excuse, but is also dangerous. 19 is more than old enough to know better. There's literally no way that I can trust they won't just "forget" ages again with other children.

Please reblog this post so that people know to stay away from this person and to keep them out of spaces with children. I'm putting this in TWRP tags so the fandom knows to not interact with Sage/agenduckorico or Veggie.

These people should be receiving backlash and being called out but I have noticed that a lot of good looking female cosplayers witha straight male fanbase get a pass on these things because their fans defend them through thick and thin, attack people who call them out and even threaten to dox them, but I have seen someone cosplay “sexy Ash Ketchum” the other day when it popped up on my Twitter feed and it made me so freaking uncomfortable and no one was saying anything but praises in that person’s comments. Isn’t Ash like, 12? How is this acceptable…

I can understand aging up, but I have seen some that still make me uncomfortable regardless but I guess you could argue that is just a me issue then, it just doesn’t sit right with me. Hm.

Also, I have seen one particular account doing lewd photos dressed as a child. Like, she is wearing actual children’s clothing and doing sexy poses and since she looks very young, the whole thing made me feel disgust. She and her fans defended that as her being petite and liking to wear children clothing because it is cute/cool or whatever, but it looked like clear pedobaiting to me. Of course, she can’t help that she looks young, I can definitely relate to that, but making yourself look way younger and sexualizing yourself in baby bathing suits feels all kinds of wrong to me. What are your thoughts on that?

the reason the “aging up” excuse doesnt work past a cursory glance is.. if you aged up for a sexy photoshoot, you still wanted to see this character as sexy. like you still looked at a 12 year old and went ‘oh i wonder what this child would look like in a sexual situation.. but id need to age them up’. you still, originally, wanted to see a child character sexually.
