Well I could go on about breads and pastries forever but I would bore you, so what kind of doughnuts and sandwiches do you like? I’m a simple kind of man, just a BLT kind of guy but as for doughnuts, Krispy Kreme wins forever and always. If you go to the actual Krispy Kreme stores, you can even get them unglazed and those taste sooo good somehow. Laminating is the cheffy term for folding and rolling the butter into the dough over and over to create all the glorious flaky layers in the puff pastry.
