You're back on Tumblr?
Yes indeedy. Off and on, but I’m back to an extent.
I finished the dragonpriest staff. Now I’m editing the video. Soon on my YouTube channel.
Handmade time again!) Sometimes I make flags of the great houses of Morrowind) cosplay dishonored cosplaymy handmade handmade craft
I can be a powerful ally to you, and I would promise to never return to civilized life.
Concept: That scene in every 90s high school movie where someone shows the new kid around the cafeteria (”that table is the nerds, those are the jocks, the goths, the cheerleeders” etc) except it’s a medieval tavern and each table has a different d&d class.
Those are the arcane casters. They all sit together, but the wizards think the sorcerers are undisciplined cheaters and the sorcerers think the wizards are pretentious dicks. You don’t wanna get in the middle of that–the last person who tried got polymorphed into a toad. I guess he had a lot of debts he was looking to get out of, though, so he just rolled with it. He’s somebody’s familiar now, I think.
The bards used to sit with them, but they broke off a while ago to do their own thing. Look, I should tell you right now: you’re poetically gonna sleep with at least one of them. It’s happened to most of us, so don’t be embarrassed. If you’re lucky, you might get away with just a ballad to your beauty parodying an 80s rock hit.
The paladins are at the next table over. Religious freaks, but if you’re getting bullied they’ll have your back even if they don’t know you. You, uh…you might end up sleeping with some of them, too. Look, they’re really good listeners, okay? Whatever.
The druids. Don’t even THINK of trying to sit with them unless you’re rocking a negative carbon footprint. Or if you can turn into a bear or a slow loris or something, they love that shit.
The rogues are…they’re around here somewhere.
the warlocks are the goth kids smoking cigarettes by the dumpster in the alley that most people are scared of. they’re pretty cool once you get to know them.

Why Being a Kid In An Adventure Movie Would Suck
This is up there with the ol’ “yeah, some characters lived through the horror movie, but we’re all just going to ignore the horrific mental and emotional fallout of the ordeal as the credits play” trope as something I spend way too much time thinking about.

EVERYBODY STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND WATCH THIS.
This is one of the short films made as part of the Legendy Polskie cycle (”Polish Legends”). Directed and designed by a CGI artist acclaimed worldwide, Tomasz Bagiński, the cycle aims to present Polish folklore in a new manner, and to prove that fantasy films can be done well (or better!) outside of Hollywood.
The goal is to combine modern, world-class filmmaking with… some of the more typical aspects of Polish-ness, not only where legends are concerned.
This installment in the series does not require knowing any particular legend, the English subs are passable (though it’s less funny, some of this stuff is not very translate-able), so it’s pretty accessible to general public.
Also, really cool.
For explanations of some things that may perplex foreigners, see below.

That was goddamned fantastic.

i wanna play a tabletop RPG where my six stats are
gumption
chutzpah
moxy
childlike wonder
the cut of my gib
and a certain je ne sais quoi
Paranoia has 2 of these
Hmm...let’s see if these could serve as new terms for existing D20 stats. I’m thinking...
Gumption = DEX
Chutzpah = INT
Moxy = STR
Childlike Wonder = WIS
Cut of my Jib = CON
A Certain Je Ne Sais Quoi = CHA
Some of these are fairly synonymous with one another, so they don’t all fit perfectly. Hell, most of the terms from the first list mean things genereally similar to the concept represented in the D20 system’s Wisdom stat, so I had to get creative. I think it’s a decent adaptation, though.

Pokemnemonic
i hate this comic because i saw it like 5 years ago and to this day this is still how i remember it
Bugs trump Grass because that’s their environment.
Confused about why Bug-Moves are super effective against Psychic.
Bug, ghost, dark are strong against psychic because they are common fears/phobias ! (Yknow because Psychic….brains and all)
Still don’t get why Ghost beats Ghost.
I have no idea how new this feature is but I really like it, others can actually know if a youtuber has seen a comment and they don’t have to freaking spam it lol
This came along with the pinning of comments. It’s only on mobile it seems but we can now “love” comments separate to upvoting them and it shows super clearly :) I really like it
At least as of tonight, it’s not just for mobile. Just noticed the ‘love’ icon appeared for my own comments section when checking them via PC this evening.

I put a lot of time and effort into this one, so I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did making it! -Kin

I feel like an NPC character when...
I’m on register at work: ~waits patiently behind counter with absent smile until a customer walks close enough and/or shows necessary amount of interest ~has a set script of prompts in my head to follow during transactions ~cheerful yet non-descript customer service voice and can repeat same exact tone infinitely. ~breaking from prompts or skipping through parts may cause minor glitches, such as accidentally repeating the same prompt again or completely skipping necessary ones ~absentmindedly tends to my area using the same five or so actions in a continuous loop until new person arrives ~Abnormally knowledgeable in my craft ~wears same outfit every day ~Nothing unusual phases me ~walking away and coming back is like a brand new interaction. I have little to no memory of you
This explains more than I’m comfortable with about my time as a receptionist.
Battlefield 1 looks so real.
Trench foot fucks you up, man.
