“Careful, Ren” becomes Hux’s way of voicing every emotion he can’t to Kylo.
When Kylo threatens him, he seethes it.
When Kylo kisses him, he moans it.
When Kylo leaves on a mission, he whispers it.
When Kylo returns hurt from battle, he admonishes it.
When Kylo says he loves him, he says it with an aching heart.
But Hux doesn’t have to say any more than that, Kylo understands.

How I imagine it’d go.
This is the very first time I post for this fandom and also the first time I post in english.
Wrote this back in August 2013 when Kaiju!Newt was the hot new thing in the fandom.
Transformation
It hurts.
It hurts more than getting tattooed, but it’s so much more beautiful. His bones ache, they are stretching, bending and snapping. His skin is breaking in some places and blue and gray scales are growing out of the wounds. His mouth doesn’t work anymore, his jaw is growing and shifting, his human tongue fell out awhile ago and a version of Otachi’s tongue has replaced it. He can’t talk.
He can’t eat either, his digestive system is evolving, changing. So Hermann has been giving vitamin shots and food supplements. He rubs the skin he can find, tracing the tattoos he once hated. He will miss them once all the scales finally come in.
Newton looks at himself in the mirror with such longing in his still human eyes, he longs for the creature he’ll become once the transformation is over. This is all he’s wanted since he saw the first category one. He knows that Hermann loves him, its just the human part of Newt slipping away that Hermann will miss for a while, but he’ll always love Newt no matter how he looks or what species he is now. He doesn’t need the drift, Hermann lets him know everyday in his own way.
Hermann still thinks Newton is lovely, he’s always been lovely, he always will be. He’s just now taking his true form. Of course he’ll miss the old Newt with the soft skin and the high-pitched voice. He’ll miss the little pouch on Newt’s belly, the soft hairs on his legs, his cock and perky ass. But the thing Hermann will miss the most are the awful garish tattoos, following the colorful lines along the expanse of Newt’s back and legs. But he’ll learn to love this new body, everything Newton is Hermann will always love.
So he stays back and shuts up, he soothes Newton and strokes his hair before is gone. And Newton whines and keens and cries because it hurts so much, but he also wants the pain and aches for the transformation. Newt’s never wanted something so badly.
And finally, when the transformation is finally complete and Newt can talk again, Hermann looks and looks because his love is now so eerily beautiful and he looks so much like Otachi but also not at all like her. Hermann wonders how he ever hated Newton when he is so sublime and unique and pretty and all his. He sees Newton’s new body and hears his strange new voice, but somehow still the same, and falls in love all over again.
Please don’t be mean, but I do appreciate criticism and suggestions.
