I can’t get over this groovy MCM house. It was built in 1962 in Palm Springs, California and it is the most retro mod home I’ve seen to date. $1.149M.

It’s done in typically Mod colors like orange, green, brown and yellow, even the outside. And look at the tiki touches. 

See the colors and patterns already?

Look at the starlight door knobs and original lighting.

Isn’t this incredible? Look at the orange trim on the wood cabinets. And, the staging- mushroom pots, a fondue pot on the table, and even a mug tree.

Very nice modern brown fireplace, too. It would take ages to track down the vintage things in this house, like the orange glass vases.

Bedroom and en suite. I like how they remodeled the en suite- it’s modern, but retains the MCM look.

This is more than likely another bd., being used as a guest/sitting room. 

I wonder if the wallpaper is original. It’s so authentic.

I agree.... there were some wins and losses but the wins were BIG. Fetterman defeating Oz, all those states voting abortion into their state constitutions. Here in MA we voted to tax the rich and let undocumented citizens get drivers licenses ❤️ I hope more people, especially Gen Z/Millennials see that voting does and can work. But that there is also so much more work to he done <3

It's so, so incredible to see what's been achieved, the triumphs that have come through, especially at the state level! And now that there's been more recognition of how things can be affected and improved closer to home, here's to Gen Z/Millennials catching their breath, mustering and thinking about what can be done and achieved next!
