The truth of it đ€Ł
Comparing Mary to a house elf is CRAZY work ngl
guys the black girl is a slave aren't i funny đ€Łđ€Ł the marauders fandom is so problematic anyway all people with bpd are evil đđ
Black girl? Who's black, Mary? The girl with zero lines, no canon race, and one of the whitest sounding names in the UK?
You have to realize that not everyone cares for your version of Mary-no-lines-McDonald, and there are plenty of headcanons people have other than yours.
okay! where are they
Sure:
Took me like three minutes to find some people who hc Mary as white. Your headcanons arenât universally accepted by everyone, so learn to understand that not everything is about you.

Santos haters are so boring. Every time they open their mouths, I know I'll be rolling my eyes.
Harry: What is your type then?
Ron: Hm, let's see... sweet, but like, unintentionally. Emotionally constipated. Cute smile. Great at defense and shows love through actions and gifts rather than words. Also very oblivious when it comes to people being attracted to him.
Harry: Haha, that sounds like me! Too bad I'm not a girl.
Ron: Did I mention oblivious?
The realism of Robby being a little bit of an unintentional misogynist is so, so important to me. Like he is a good boss and a great teacher, he is friends with women and works with women and teaches women and respects women greatly. And yetâitâs Langdon, and then Whitaker, who Robby adopts as his mentees. Itâs David, not the girls on the kill list, who Robby prioritizes care for. Itâs the dad accused of grooming his daughter who Robby refuses to report, while informing the authorities about the mother drugging him without a second thought. He reams Langdon out for berating Santos, but doesnât check in on Santos until Langdon refuses to let it go and Robby becomes suspicious of there being an actual problem.
And obviously we are seeing Robby on the worst day of life, and maybe even calling him a âlittle bit of a misogynistâ is a bit too much because heâs not, really. But he does have ingrained biases and he does seem to only be able to fully see himself in and completely empathize with other men. And that is just. So true of even the nicest, kindest, most wonderful and feminist men I know.
!!!!
watched the pitt. here is my contribution. santos and langdon my absolutely beloved workplace enemies who refuse to acknowledge they are the same person in slightly different fonts
trinity santos managed to attract every hot woman in the er, uncover a drug diversion scheme, infiltrate princess and perlah's chismis operation, perform a successful reboa that all the senior residents and attendings are now gossiping about, and put a roof over a homeless sopping wet kitten's head, all on her first day on the job
She is such a G
this scene was sooo good its like hey twin what are you doing here
I loveeee their beef but I need them to fuck it out
on rewatch itâs even clearer that robby is a great mentor to everyone, but he is a much better mentor to his male trainees. he argues with them less; he is more accepting of their diagnoses around difficult cases; he is more comfortable taking them under his wing. they rarely challenge him. it takes just that much more effort from the women of the pitt â mckay, collins, and mohan especially â to argue their point of view on patient care, especially around womenâs issues. and that effort weighs on them! itâs exhausting for mohan to constantly defend herself on her care choices. itâs unfair to put blame on mckay for making an extremely understandable decision about david out of concern for his female classmates. his relationship with collins is inappropriate â at minimum it likely gets in the way of her professional development (note that langdon was the one recommended for that fellowship, without even asking robby for it).
i appreciate this writing choice a lot. robby is extremely likable and a compelling center of the story. he makes the right decision for his female patients many times, including giving a teenage girl a chance at reproductive freedom at personal risk. heâs supportive of the women in his department and wants them to do well.
but still. itâs there. and he doesnât even know it.
I appreciate this insight a lot. It's so interesting.
I can see now why people hate Santos. Males dislike when abusers are being punished.
Alright now I have to post it
I'm gonna post that response tomorrow because it's lengthy as fuck, and my will to correct my shitty grammar has decreased since it's getting late and I seriously need to go to sleep.
Hello to people visiting my account after clicking on Fuga's post about mrose2000
(I'll post a more lengthy response later)
Just to get few things clear. The screenshoots you're seeing on that post are probably fake. Why do I think so, when the accusations in it are so dire? Well because that person has been lying about both me and @darkladyascending. Not only does she claim we are the same person, she's also apparently faked some of the stuff said on these screenshots.
Fugamalefica has also been impersonating Rose and stealing the credit for her works with this account - @ringaringaroseslol
I don't have time rn, but to clarify: I do not condone racism. I donât support racism. I have never said anything racist. Fuga is lying and probably lying about many of the stuff she's accusing me and Rose of. (Pedophilia, grooming) I don't believe her anymore so sorry for giving @darkladyascending the benefit of the doubt and still associating myself with her. (And Fugamalefica is also still associating herself with Rose by reblogging her posts and being seemingly friendly, so why should I believe anything that person says?)
I have never been more offended and yet amused at the same time in my entire life omg
I just read more in depth CC spoilers and apparently Delphi was concieved âper Rodolphus Lestrangeâs suggestion. They wanted the most powerful magical heir possible.â
this is either the WORST bc it explains Bellamort away in the weirdest way ever
or itâs the best bc it confirms my headcanon of aroace Roddy just helping his bestie Bella get laid
This is⊠interesting if true.
TCC is still stupid regardless.
Thatâs actually a theory I donât mind believing. Both Bellatrix and Rodolphus being rewarded, since Roddy gets a leveled-up magical heir and Bellatrix conceives with the help of Voldemortâs magic. Perfect.
I also always saw Bellatrix as struggling with fertility, so I really think they both asked Voldemort to help them conceive and perform some kind of dark ritual or something.
I did as well. The whole point of the marriage was to produce babies, they were probably married close to a decade by the time they were arrested and yet⊠no babies? Hmm.
Also Rodolphus is way too chill & excited about Delphiâs existence in the play LOL.
Yeah, I mean itâs not like Death Eaters didnât produce babies. Lucius, Nott, Crabbe, Goyle, and probably more have children during the time they were actively being Death Eaters. (Though itâs true their wives probably took care of the kids and Bellatrix is the only female Death Eater, so perhaps thatâs also why they didnât try for kids? But I canât imagine them not feeling pressured to have one or at least try for one, so I believe they did struggle with fertility.)
Also this is The Cursed Child we are talking about so anything is possible. Bellatrix was apparently able to fight and be a death eater while pregnant with Delphini and being her mother, so like.. idk.. making sense of this feels like a waste of energy xd just putting my scattered thoughts here.
I think they used House Elves or servants for the child rearing. Theyâre supposed to mirror the IRL Muggle aristocracy and they were never hands-on parents. I think Narcissa was an anamoly because she had more maternal instinct (she wouldâve had a child even if she didnât *have* to, she clearly adores Draco).
I guess even then she may have had Dobby change Dracoâs nappies and do some feeds.
I know, thereâs still so many problems with it even if that theory is definitely the truth.
A user on Reddit pointed out Hermione may even have felt Bellatrixâs leaky boobs, the lochia if she had a vaginal birth, plus other postpartum traits when Polyjuiceâd into her.
Also miraculously nobody heard Delphi cry or scream when they were at Malfoy Manor.
I swear they didnât think any of this through.
I also canât imagine Voldemort allowing one of his best soldiers to physically restrict themselves during times he needed physical force the most. Even if he did have sex with her and (nonsensical) cared for Bellatrix, he would still kill the baby himself from inside and out. He would not permit her to keep it, not only because he doesnât want an heir but also because children are a burden and he needed Bellatrix to be in her top form. There is simply no way he would allow his top fighter to be pregnant. Doesnât make sense at all. I genuinely canât see a plausible way of Delphini existing within that timeline (nor do I like the thought lol, it fr ruins the characters).
And I also believe house elves were partially responsible for child rearing, such as feeding, playing maybe. But the wives definitely took part too, since we can see Draco being closer to his mother, and it seems that patriarchy still exists in the wizarding world, so it was on women to care for the kids more. So it makes sense the Death Eatersâ wives would take care of the kids while the dads were out torturing people and working.
And does polyjuice even work like that for pregnant people? Do you gain sick body symptoms if you polyjuice into someone who is sick, etc.?
Overall, thatâs why I donât consider Delphini canon. The circumstance of her existence doesnât make logical sense to me, and Rowling herself never talked about her, so I just assume she did not create her herself and doesnât know what to think of her xd. Itâs so stupid to consider your ship canon because of this shitty thing that should have never been made.
I do agree, thereâs no explanation that isnât ridiculous to me but I think itâs far more likely that she was planned. The fact she had such an important role in his army reinforces that.
As for Polyjuicing, I donât know. It was never made that clear but I do understand your biology does change at some level. Fleur & Hermione probably would have grown penises when turning into Harry lol. đŹđ«
Yeah I donât know what to think. To me Rowling is a serial liar and retconner, however she is also unhinged and has been for a long time (I think she started spiralling after the last movie came out and the Potter craze started to finally die down) so I also believe itâs possible she fever-dreamt up Delphi herself. But I do think *most* of the ideas came from the two men - and that they were inspired primarily by the movies. Itâs so obvious from how the characters are and some of the details (Delphiâs bird necklace). I canât see Rowling being responsible for Diggory being a DE and the time travel stuff.
Voldemort planning a kid? Idkkkk it's confusing to me. I donât buy it.
Biology must have changed completely, that's true, it wasnât just for aesthetics. So perhaps you'd get the symptoms of pregnancy but no baby inside? But regardless we didnât see Bellatrix with a baby in the Manor so I guess Delphini was already born and Bellatrix celebrated her baby fever with a torture session?
I also don't think Rowling wrote the play, just approved of stuff. You can also approve of ideas you find interesting but didnât critically think of, as was probably the case with Delphini and Cedric.
