Living in an apartment with his boyfriend and an adorable puppy was the ultimate goal in life, at least to Riku. Of course, it wasn’t always easy. They were both in college and he had a part time job, but things were good. They’re happy. Roxas is a deaf 17-year-old; primarily living in a dorm-like cottage with a ‘loud’ roommate, at a deaf school. His life has been pretty normal, but it gets more interesting when he immediately falls for a flirty, red-head—who was way out of his league. Plus, he was hearing. No guy would go through all the effort of talking, let alone dating him, when he couldn’t even hear, right?
