doing my intro post because its never too late for that:
Hi! I'm Lei, that's one of my nicknames. People call me too many names but that's the most common one.
People call me a grandma (im just about to graduate from minority this year) (I have graduated from minority) because I know nothing about the internet and the trends of this world. Seriously what does /hj mean, looks like what programmers would type in or something. Also people say I'm oblivious but that's just because I don't understand half of what people are doing
I like a lot of things: reading, films (romance, history, period pieces, old films, coming of age), knitting, crocheting, walking, long boarding, sleeping, playing tons of musical instruments, writing songs and stories and poetry, sketching and painting, museums, photography, musical theatre of course

Random facts about me:
i HATE cold water, i like room temperature with a dash of warm
i'm bilingual
i'm both handed (right and left handed) (but i'm naturally right handed) (but i practiced using my left hand because i was bored) (it's actually a very helpful skill)
i don't like the news, i'm sorry they're usually bad news
i randomly learned morse code and pigpen because i got bored while waiting for my online class to start
my biggest flex is that i can play the piano and harmonica simultaneously
i'm extremely clumsy, i once set nachos on fire while reheating them (i dont even know how that happened)
i love musical theatre even though i've never watched a live show or play before, i just see them through screens
my favorite musical is The Prom, because it's beautiful and a masterpiece and none can change my mind
my first ever musical (that isn't a disney animation) was sound of music, though the first ever stage musical that i've watched was dear evan hansen
my sister says i have the oddest music taste but that's just because i listen to classical and opera while driving (because she keeps complaining about me playing soundtracks in the car)
i'd rather write a ten page essay than answer a calculus problem
oh! and my pronouns are she/they and i'm bisexual
