The Eckville flower fields, the way they were in 2021, a year without drought. Sometimes you would see goldfinches and indigo buntings going from plant to plant, many kinds of butterflies sailing from one bloom to another and hear woodland birds like wood thrushes and scarlet tanagers singing from the woods along the edge, plus bluebirds and others singing from a tree here and there. In this there’s a house wren singing.
