Fun personal story, I was really waffling on making this blog when they first called the election for them; I thought "the project would be huge, I might get death threats, all my fandoms would get brought into every disagreement, and besides if I kill myself it's all gonna be kind of moot."

Then I had this BIG accident in late November of that year and almost died, and when we got to election day, I saw the news say they'd been sworn in and made this blog in a fit of rage. And now, well, here we are.

I wasn't sure I was even doing anything in the beginning. But now I'm sure that this matters, that they won't be here forever, and that we CAN get through this. It sucks, oh god does it suck, and it was completely avoidable, but it's also SURVIVABLE.
