Insane that Cecil's go too excuse/argument to keep mark or omniman from from fighting is that it cost taxpayers a lot of money but like....

Cecil's fight first, ask questions later method is what costs so much money.

Cecil chooses to use the teleporter to pretend he has powers. Like why are you teleporting on the ground in the middle of a superhero's flight pattern when they show no signs of slowing down. You can track them without teleporting to see them.

Cecil chooses on several occasions to escalate with the reAnimen on mark. In s3 when mark quits, Cecil (was being a dick) sent the reAnimen when mark was litterally just calling him out. When mark goes to confront Cecil abt the camera (s3e4) Cecil sends hoards of reAnimen. I can identify that mark was coming in hot, but still it's insane that he complains that his fodder being expensive. Like bro. You chose to spends millions on fodder against a god.
