So… a little over a year ago I stopped working on my games, as I realized the developer of the game engine I was using was never going to fix the engine enough for me to achieve what I wanted, and was a generally unreliable person… As of this week I’m seriously considering unpublishing all of my old games just so she can’t get any ad revenue from them if anybody still plays them. I can’t even believe some of the shit I’ve seen her tweet….

I poured all of my free time into those games for about 2 years, but it’s not worth keeping them up if they’re supporting somebody who goes on horrible, ableist rants. 

In other news I wrote a novel last summer, and it is terrible. Now working on a web comic.

Seriously though, fuck CloudNovel and fuck Sonya Fung. She’s seriously making fun of disabled children, AGAIN. I’ve unpublished all of my games just on principle.

what i wanna know is how captcha technology went from having to type in a barely readable code, to just. clicking a button. how does this tell you im not a robot. can robots Not press the big funky button

I know this is a shitpost but just in case you don’t know, it actually tracks the way the cursor moves. Bots can click it instantly and moving in a perfectly straight line, people take a few milliseconds to react and move the mouse imperfectly. If the computer’s still not sure whether you’re a human or not, it makes you do the 3x3 photo grid thing I never seem to get right

Also, apparently robots can’t wait three seconds for the box to turn into a check mark before they hit the “submit” (or whatever) button.... 

Not that I have personal experience with repeatedly failing captchas in this manner, because I’m definitely not a robot...

For a while there my art was getting better, but now it’s getting worse.

Currently involved in a thread on various writing careers on reddit, and people keep responding to me and other commenters asking how we got our jobs.... seems like a pretty common thread with writers is, “I dunno, just kind of fell into it?”

I’m almost done with the script for my next game, and I don’t even hate the story at this point... in fact I care so much about it that I’m afraid other people won’t like it... I’m not used to this....
