1. I promise to reach out to my colleagues when I’m feeling stressed.

2. I promise to ONLY drink ONE caffeinated drink a day.

3. I promise to sleep 7 hours everyday.

4. I promise to reach out to a friend, family, co-worker, or stranger everyday. To talk and remember that there is life outside of work.

5. I promise not to forget my hobbies and other passions but remember that it instills my passion to teach.
