This couldn’t sum up Speedwagon’s character more perfectly if I scoured the internet for a decade. This street savvy man, with all the murder-urban-urchin energy, coming in strong with an Odd-Job hat, then utterly crumbles because of Jonathan Jostar’s manly chivalry, I can’t. I just can’t. Speedwagon fell in love with the OG JoJo, you can’t convince me otherwise. How can a man (an actual moment in the manga) be driven to scale a wall of a hospital with injuries that would kill a lesser man, JUST SO HE COULD HOLD JONATHAN’S HAND?!  YOU CAN’T LOOK ME IN THE EYE AND TELL ME THAT’S SOLELY PLATONIC LOVE. SPEEDWAGON IS A ROMANTIC MOFO I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL. I HAVE FEELINGS!!!

Painting up the main piece! Gonna antique it tomorrow. Things are going slower than I’d like, because a friend’s friend’s goat chomped a hole through my glove and fingernail and it feels like I slammed my fingers in a car door. Hopefully it’ll still be done in time for Christmas!

Going through some difficult times

In the span of two months both of my parent’s health has worsened. My mother’s hip problems are becoming more and more painful and after her yearly check up this month, she was recommended a surgery. My dad was diagnosed with diabetes and a collapsed kidney and after being rushed to the hospital last week after he collapsed, he can no longer walk either.

I’ve been working overtime daily and took an additional job to keep up with dad’s diabetic diet requirements and I’m slowly but surely hitting my limits, I would really appreciate some help until dad’s pension increase is decided, we have turned in all the required documents for his disability pension to be increased from level 2 to level 3, which would cover the current expenses that I’m paying for, but it’s going to take a while and I won’t be able to work like this for long, my job is extremely physical and I can only handle it for so long.

a little update on the situation, dad’s been hospitalized for a week now due to failed kidney surgery so if anyone can help me spread this link, I’d appreciate it even more. We’re no receiving the care support because of the extended stay at the hospital and i’ll have to cover a fairly large amount of bills. I’ll appreciate any help, thank you!
