Matt: What is the worst prank someone's played on you?

Noel: The worst prank... Uh, Liam did play a really annoying trick on me once where he fucking nicked my passport in Manchester Airport, and seriously had me looking for it for about fucking two hours. And I went back through customs and everything, couldn't find where it was— he'd nicked it out of the top of me bag and then, uh, just kinda gave it back. I mean, I was fucking furious.

Matt: How long did it last?

Noel: Probably about forty minutes. (...) That was just after we played Lancashire County Cricket ground a few years ago.

Matt Morgan’s recent response to the question about when Noel would be coming back to the podcast:

“Oh, the other fucking question that never goes away: I don't know. I don't know if he ever will!

Um, I talk to him all the time! We're very good friends. Veeeery good pals. I don't know. Is it a Liam thing? Is it his management saying, don't blow it. Don't do anything risky. We've got a good thing going on again. Don't go on Matt’s podcast.

I don't know, but, I mean, from Noel's point of view, he said, “look, we both know that's a bad idea.” So it sounds like it's a press & PR sort of nightmare. If we're misconstrued by journalists who are hustling to try and misconstrue things, probably it's not worth the risk for the lad.

But I was thinking, we could ask him questions, and I could ask him the question in text, and then in voice notes, he answers back. And therefore, he's in complete control of what he says back. And if he says something offensive, that's on him!So I'll ask him that idea.”
